Expanding on the last update I completely rewrote the faction mechanics. They are now competitive, well integrated with other mechanics and can seamlessly be used both during setup as a sort of faction and city lifepath as well as in the game proper. I also made some smaller adjustments and improved some of the sheets for the game.
