A big update:

- Reworked setup / faction play: Faction currency proved to complicated. It is now far easier to tell which of the three stats (profit, control, change) dominates where and how to influence this as a player.

- Reworked hacks and operations: Instead of flaws reducing stability (which you have to identify and adjudicate first), the system is simpler now: Once past system security, every action taken reduces stability.

- Improved writing and organisations in many places.

- Reworked all sheets.
